Keeping you properly fueled is key to a great day on the mountain, and we’re passionate about bringing you a variety of dining options to make that happen. Due to local restrictions on capacity limits, we highly recommend that guests bring their own snacks and water. Our quick service restaurants will be open and we’ve made necessary changes with your safety in mind.
- We are managing capacity at all of our dining facilities in accordance to local and state regulations. In many cases, this capacity could be significantly reduced – please plan ahead!
- Quick Service: We’ve updated the menus at our quick-service restaurants to get you fueled and back out on the mountain fast! We’ll have ready-to-go hot and cold food options at these locations.
- Time to Dine: At some of our restaurants, we’re offering Time to Dine – a convenient way to help you plan your meals, so you can enjoy skiing and riding without worrying about the lunch rush. To see availability and book a mealtime, simply access Time to Dine through our EpicMix app or click here. Time slots open daily at 7 a.m.

Located at 8,610’ above sea level with views of Lake Tahoe, Summit Smokehouse is a true mountain top restaurant with a comforting, backyard vibe. Summit is home to house-smoked signature BBQ, sides and sauces created by our chefs, and the widest selection of craft beers on the mountain. Relax inside on storm days, or soak up the California sun out on the deck. This is the perfect spot to relax before taking on the challenging Backside runs or cruising back down to The Village.

This is Northstar’s iconic alpine lodge with floor-to-ceiling views of the Sierra Nevada range, featuring original and contemporary signature dishes and cuisine. Zephyr exemplifies exceptional service in a large, luxurious family-style room. Enjoy a beautifully prepared meal followed by a craft beer, regional wine or signature cocktail. Located at the top of Zephyr Express lift/gondola, this gorgeous lodge is accessible to all mountain guests with a lift ticket.

Located at the top of Big Springs Gondola with immediate access to upper mountain lifts, The Lodge at Big Springs is at the heart of the mountain. Relax and dine on three levels of indoor seating, or lounge by the fire outside with an impressive view of the mountain above.

Located at the top of Big Springs Gondola with immediate access to upper mountain lifts, the food truck provides quick and easy service to seasonal cuisine and brews.

Café Blue| Breakfast, Lunch
Offering a casual, family-friendly counter-service option with indoor and outdoor seating. Breakfast offerings include a variety of freshly baked breakfast pastries, egg sandwiches and specialty coffees. For lunch, Café Blue features a selection of sandwiches and salads.
Backyard Bar & BBQ, Lake Tahoe | Lunch, Dinner
With a ski-in/ski-out location off the Big Easy the Backyard Bar & BBQ offers casual, outdoor dining. Menu highlights include St. Louis-style smoked ribs, brisket and pulled pork platters cooked in an on-site smoker, wood-fired oven baked pizzas, and home-style side dishes and desserts.
