3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condos and smaller:
$50 non-refundable deposit.
4 Bedroom 2 Bath Condos and Mountain Homes:
A deposit of $200 per bedroom in winter and $100 per bedroom in summer is due at time of booking, payable by credit card.
The balance (including taxes and fees) is due 14 days (30 days for Holiday stays) before the arrival date. We will automatically charge this balance to the credit card on file. All Payments made to Northstar Lodging are Fully nonrefundable.
Lodging Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled, there will be a $50 fee. No refunds for cancelling 14 days prior to arrival date or 30 days prior to arrival date when your stay is over a holiday. We do offer Travel Insurance at a fee.
- $50 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival.
- Lodging and components are non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival.
- No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early lodging departures.
Check in + Check Out
Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Recreation Center passes are valid the entire day of check-in and check-out.
We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect yourselves and your vacation investment.
