The Mountain Table Dinner Series 2015-16 offers a unique dining experience in our iconic Zephyr Lodge. Each dinner will feature a winery or brewery complemented by a menu featuring locally and regionally sourced produce and proteins prepared by Zephyr Lodge Executive Chef Aramis Torres. Guests will not only enjoy a fantastic menu, breathtaking views and live music, but there will be a few surprises as well! Seating for all dinners will be family style.
Northstar will support Tahoe Food Hub for each dinner of the series, as part of our EpicPromise program. Tahoe Food Hub is a non-profit organization working to restore local food distribution by building a regional food system for North Lake Tahoe. They serve as a foodshed council educating our community on the environmental, economic and social health benefits of a regional food system. A number of ingredients used in the Mountain Table Dinner menus will be sourced from the Tahoe Food Hub.
