Our mission is to:
February 8, 2014 - GOING FOR GOLD!
Annual Northstar Team Foundation Gala, 7pm to 10pm at Martis Camp Lookout Lodge More information HERE!
Committed to having one of the best teams in the region, the Foundation recognizes that having additional opportunities to train is an essential element in an athlete's ability to grow and progress. Additionally, the Foundation recognizes that attracting and retaining high-quality coaches starts at the top with strong full-time coaching. We are offering 20 grants to build our full-time team which, in turn, supports our entire coaching staff.
The grants are designed to increase participation in the Plus Programs and partially offset the cost of the Plus Program for 20 lucky participants. Grants are offered to the first 20 applicants.
Plus Program = extended training days for atheletes competing in their sport.
To apply for the 2014/15 season, send us an email at info@NorthstarTeamFoundation.org (Subject: "Opt-In") to receive our newsletters with important dates, events and Grant deadlines for the 2014/15 season.
The Northstar Team Foundation has our own Gear Swap! View here to upload or seek new and used ski and snowboard gear.
We are always looking for able bodies with good spirits to help out. There are a variety of ways to get involved and support your team, from working a BBQ, to soliciting auction donations, to organizing coach appreciation or team social gatherings. If you are interested in learning more about how you can get involved, please email: info@NorthstarTeamFoundation.org with the subject "volunteer".
Don't miss out on all the great stuff we've got going on at the Foundation. If you are not a member of the Northstar Team Foundation Directory, you are out of the loop. Email info@NorthstarTeamFoundation.org with "OPT-IN" as the subject and be sure to include your name, address, and the kids you have on the team.
