Hi Everyone,

Please Note:

LAST DAY of TEAMS/Après Ski & Snowboard (March 24, 2013)

With a week away from our last scheduled weekend (with exception of Comp Athletes), we’ll be celebrating with a little Après Season fun at the ice skating rink with awards, DJ, and s‘mores! All teams welcome. Our Pioneer/All-Mountain Fun Race and Snowboard & Freeride Fun Comp awards will be given out on stage at 3:30pm, including the awards of athletes who were not present for last Saturday’s Foundation Dinner & Fundraiser.

We plan on having an amazing Day. Below is the plan for the day:

Sunday, March 24, 2013

8:30 am -meet coaches at drop off area (Coaches will distribute race Bibs)
10:30 Start of first run- 2nd run immediately following (Lower Pioneer)
11:00am -1:00pm BBQ lunch served to all racers
3:00 pm- Regular pick up
3:30 pm- Awards at village Ice skating Rink (all teams welcome)
3:30-5:30- Season Wrap up with Coaches (Ice Skating, DJ, Smores) FUN! FUN! FUN!

Parent's Survival Guide- NEW THIS YEAR! Not sure what to do if you're running late? Wondering what our chair lift safety protocols are? Forgot little Johnny's lunch and aren't sure of your options? We're taking all of the most common questions and scenarios and have created a Parent's Survival Guide to help navigate the season so that you can relax and enjoy this experience without feeling like you're out of the loop. Our Team Hotline is our last resort of changing information from Friday afternoons (when our web site is most updated) until Saturday mornings prior to training. Mostly used for our high level Competition Teams who need to know changes in training locations and times, you can expect Hotlines to be updated for the other programs in the case if we’ve received an exceptional amount of snow over a Friday night or a crazy storm front is coming in that may alter original plans. Otherwise, you can assume Friday’s web site (www.northstarattahoe.com/teams) information is most current.
