Refunds & Cancellations
All performances are rain or shine, and ticket purchases are final.
There are no refunds or exchanges. We don't anticipate or plan on canceling any of the concerts and hope to run them rain or shine. Cancellation decisions are at the sole discretion of the Northstar California. Thank you for your understanding that if a concert is canceled, expenses have still been incurred.
Lost & Stolen Tickets
Lost or stolen tickets may be replaced up to two days prior to the concert date. Please contact the Northstar California Season Pass and Tickets Office at 530.562.2267, or stop by in person. Lost or stolen tickets will automatically become invalid upon issuance of replacement tickets. The Season Pass & Tickets Office is located in the Village at Northstar by the Skating Rink.
