Frequently Asked Questions**Subject to Change** If I buy a General Admission ticket do I get a seat? The Village Center is an intimate outdoor venue with abundant views of the stage throughout General Admission, both seated and standing. There will be bleacher and Village seating for approximately 500 attendees available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend that if you would like to try to get a seat that you arrive early. In General Admission a seat is not guaranteed.
Can I bring my own chair? Yes, you can bring in low-back chairs to use within the venue. We ask that they be low-back chairs so everyone can have a view of the stage.
Can I bring a picnic? No outside food is allowed into the concert venue. We will offer a delicious assortment of dining options within the Village with everything from pizza, sushi, tapas, salads and made to order sandwiches, Belgian waffles, French hot dogs, gelato, BBQ, Starbucks coffee, and more! » Food & Dining options
Can I bring my own wine and/or beer? No outside alcohol is permitted at Northstar Resort. Wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages are available for sale, including wines by the bottle. You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol beverages and present a valid ID.
How far from the parking lot is the venue? A variety of convenient parking options are available for concert goers. FREE Parking is available in the Village View lots (lots A - K) with complimentary shuttle service provided to the Village at Northstar. Preferred Village Parking is located within footsteps of the venue and will be available for $20 per car. Valet Parking is the closest parking option available at $40 per car.
Will I receive a refund if it rains at the concert? All performances are rain or shine, and ticket purchases are final.
What should I wear to the concerts? Even though the days are hot, it can get chilly at night in Tahoe so please make sure to dress in layers or bring extra clothing or a blanket for warmth.
Is there smoking allowed in the venue? Even though we are an outdoor venue, no smoking is allowed within the Village at Northstar. There are designated smoking areas on property but outside the venue.
Is there re-entry into the concert venue? Yes. At the entrance of the venue you will receive a wristband designating that you have a ticket. Once you've received that, you can come and go in/out of the venue throughout the night.
Does my child need a ticket to enter the venue? Children 5 & under are allowed in the venue for free. However, children 6 and above will need a ticket to enter the venue.
Disability Access & Information
Safety & Medical We make every effort to create a safe environment at Northstar Resort and the Village at Northstar, including public and private security and medical staff. If you need assistance, look for the medical tent located inside the event venue, or look for a Northstar Security officer or a Northstar staff member.

Lost & Found During or after the concert events at Northstar, please return found items or look for lost items at Northstar Security which is located in the Preferred Parking section behind the lower Village area. Valuables will be held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. Northstar Resort will not be held liable for any unclaimed items. |
