Dogs must be on a leash and under an owner's control at all times while on Northstar property and in the Village at Northstar. Any messes created need to be cleaned up by the dog's owner.
During the winter, dogs are not permitted on the mountain with the exception of the monthly Moonlight Snowshoe Tours.
During the summer, four-legged friends are welcome to ride the Gondola and hike with guests while on leash in the Mountain Biking & Hiking Park.

Dogs are not permitted in the lodging units at Northstar, Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging, and the Northstar Lodge-Hyatt® Residence Club. Dogs are welcome in the lodging units at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe for a fee.
