The velvet is from a touch of Velvet Merlin Oatmeal Stout brewed by Firestone Walker Brewing company from Paso Robles, California. Chef Brandon Uresky makes spiced, candied bacon to go along with a variety of delicious pickled vegetables that accompany the special blend of spices and herbs. |

The beef jerky chip from Jerky Junction, a small business in Truckee cures its grass feed beef just over the hill in the Carson Valley; and it all comes in a washable glass which has no chance of ending up in the landfill.
