Security

The Security Office is located by the stairway to the Preferred Parking Lot.  Our security officers monitor grounds and lodges 24 hours per day.  They can assist in disputes, locker problems, stolen items or lost persons.

Lost & Found

During the winter, Lost & Found is located at the Overnight Ski & Board Storage next to the Chocolate Bar.

Mountain Safety + Ski Patrol

Ski patrollers and mountain safety hosts are stationed at the top of major chairlifts. Report all accidents to the attendant at the bottom or top of the nearest chairlift. To summon help, use the international signal of crossing your skis in an "X" uphill of the injured skier or rider or contact Ski Patrol. The first-aid room is serviced by Truckee Tahoe Medical Group and is located on the lower level of the Northstar Club building in the Village at Northstar near the base of the Gondola.

Medical Clinic + First Aid

(Winter season only)

A full-service urgent care medical clinic is available in the Village at Northstar seven days a week during the ski season. Truckee Tahoe Medical Group (TTMG) has a physician on-site trained in family medicine and sports medicine and can accommodate most medical needs, including xray, casting, and suturing. Their in-house pharmacy means your illness or injury can often be well-cared for without leaving the Village. The clinic is located on the lower level of the Northstar Club building in the Village at Northstar near the base of the Gondola. It can be reached by driving past paid parking and security, across from the Northstar Clubhouse. During summer months, TTMG has offices in Truckee and Tahoe City.

The clinic also provides First Aid Services for any injured guest. Guests brought to the Village by ski patrol will be brought to this clinic to assess injuries and unite with family or friends.
