Burton Progression Parks

At Northstar California we enable riders to test gravity one inch at a time with our Burton Progression Parks.

For those who want to get started skiing/riding in the park, the Burton Progression Park  is a great introduction to freestyle terrain. Each park feature is a smaller version of larger freestyle terrain features, with gentle landings and plenty of elbow room. This groundbreaking park provides a laid-back, non-intimidating environment for riders of all ages who want to develop their terrain park skills.

The Burton Progression Park located on Sidewinder at the top of Vista Express features boxes, jumps and rails all located mere inches from the ground.  The Progression Park directly in front of the Burton Snowboard Academy is for exclusive use by Burton Snowboard Academy students and enables new riders to adjust to the feel of various park features including a mini-pipe.
