Invasive Weeds Remediation Program
Northstar implements a program to remove and monitor invasive weeds. This program entails employee training, weed inventory, weed abatement measures, collaboration with Placer County, and coordination with neighboring land owners. Northstar construction practices mandate measures to prevent the spread of invasive weeds such as the cleaning of contractor equipment and utilizing products certified as "weed free."
Annual Resort Monitoring & Maintenance

Forest Flyer
Northstar's proposed Forest Flyer builds on the traditional reach of ski areas to connect individuals and families who may not otherwise visit the mountains or forest by allowing more diversity of ages and abilities to connect to the outdoors in a new and exciting way that responds to their needs, skill levels and experiences (right).
